Omphalotus nidiformis is an incredible bioluminescent mushroom. Our strain is derived from wild mushrooms foraged on the NSW south coast. This mushroom variety is NOT EDIBLE but definitely fun to grow and watch it glow!
You can use this culture line for personal or business use with no restrictions - we want everyone to be able to grow top-quality mushrooms!
You'll receive a petri dish culture on nutrient agar ready to use. We recommend our agar plates for growers with some experience as you will need a pressure cooker and a clean-air box or high efficiency particulate air filter (HEPA) box.
